Our Mission

Celebrate the holidays close to home, right here in Westchester at Kensico Dam Plaza. Winter Wonderland, presented by Westchester Medical Center, is an original program partnership between Westchester Parks Foundation and the Westchester Parks Department.

Since kicking off the inaugural season in 2014, over 175,000 people have visited and enjoyed Winter Wonderland and the spectacular beauty of Kensico Dam Plaza during the holidays.

Proceeds from this event directly benefit WPF and allow us to advocate for and invest in the preservation, conservation, use, and enjoyment of the 18,000 acres of parks, trails, and open spaces within the Westchester County Parks system.
